Best Winter Activities

Go Sledding!! This is one of my boys favorite activities, here are a few great locations in the area:

Jersey Hill: located on Jersey Avenue in Normal (personal favorite!!) Highland Park Golf Course: 1613 South Main Street, Bloomington Gregory Street Hill: by the Weibring Golf Course in Normal Kaufmann Golf Course: 800 W. Center Street in Eureka, IL El Paso Golf Course: 2860 County Rd 600 N El Paso, IL

Iron Coyote

Ninja Gym and Ropes Course, essential a giant indoor playground for all ages. They have just re-opened, be sure to check their website for details.

McLean County Museum of History

Although this is currently closed due to construction, this is a great weekend activity worth sharing for the future when they re-open.

Bloomington Public Library

Great news, the library is open back up for in person checkout of materials. Go here for detail on their current updates and important information.

Ice Skating in Downtown Pontiac, IL

You need to pre-register HERE, but skating is FREE (including skate rental) from December - March. They are open 7 days a week, weather permitting.
