The Warfels are a Tri-Valley family that I had the joy of photographing. You can tell by all of their charming smiles that these is an easy to love group of people!
It had been several years since the Warfels had had their family portraits taken, and it was time for a refresh. Their oldest daughter is off to college, their middle is a senior at Tri-Valley High School here in Downs, and their third is right on the tail of the older two sisters in heading off to a university to play volleyball all too soon!
We had plans to start their session at their home and then end at Kickapoo Park in Downs, but their home had so many great spots there was no need to go anywhere else. I think my favorite part of their whole session is the recreation of a pyramid family photo from years past, and the girls sitting on the tailgate of their dad’s truck. What fun to see how they’ve all changed.
Below is the sample wall design we created and the second is how they ended up displaying their canvases and framed prints in their home. I love this new space in their living room!
